how do i book to travel abroad with ace and what should I expect?
step 1.
fill in your details.
Before you arrive in resort you will first need to decide where you want to travel and fill out the following information on the Ace Working Holidays booking site - We share a booking system but don’t worry… you wont be doing any work!
Pick a resort: Thailand, Bali or The Philippines
Choose your arrival date.
Check availability.
Secure your place for £60.
Fill in the application form here!
step 2.
check your dm’s.
Now it’s our turn: we’ll reach out to you on instagram, whatsapp and then email. Make sure you follow us so we can message you!
We’ll organise a quick call with you to take you through our onboarding process and get you added to your private whatsapp group chat.
If you havent heard from us in within 48 hours, drop us an email at admin@acetravelexperiences.com.
step 3.
check through your information.
We’ll send you an email with your welcome pack and flight support document.
Make sure you read through these! If you have any questions, just reach out, we’re always ready to answer anything!
step 4.
time to get organised.
When spending time abroad it’s important that you get organised early with flights, travel insurance, travel money card, spending money etc. Closer to the time you can speak to your trip manager about what to pack! We have lots of useful info on our socials & in our welcome pack!

step 5.
arrive in paradise.
You will arrive in paradise, airport transfer waiting for you at the airport, and Trip Manager ready to welcome you.
You will be transferred to the first accommodation where you will be briefed in the evening for the trip of a lifetime!
